on sun. 5/4/2014 my wife and I stopped in at the bob evans on s. high st Columbus oh. ( right by the old bob evans office) , this was about 6:30 pm . we walked in , nobody inline , a waitress came and said come I will seat you , as we fallowed he we noticed the place was pretty empty not many customers and the were all seated in the middle area of the store ( may be 15 to 20 people ) te far side of the dinning area was empty and the tables were all nice neat clean , must have been 20 tables . well she past 3 2 seat tables and took us t a 4 seater between 2 other 4 saeters both full with elderly folks , the problem I am pretty heavy and my wife is skinny , she could bearly get in one seat I got in and bumped the person behind me , he was nice about it . now we sat for 15 min and the waitress showed up and got our drink order she the went to a table across for us that was getting ready to leave and was talking with them , the tables on either side ous was done the left now it has been another 10 min. still no drinks and our waitress is still talking , there was a waitress that brought the food for one table in the other area an ran back to the kitchen area .

My family visited a Bob Evans on Shadeland Rd Indianapolis,In. It was the worst visit I have ever had at a Bob Evans. We waited for over 15 minutes to be seated and there was no one in front of us. When we did get seated the area was not clean. After ordering the food, it took over half of an hour to get. My husbands pancakes tasted doughy and my hash brown potatoes had a strange taste. The manager did apologize and gave us a small discount off our meal. You clearly need to check into this restaurant it gives your restaurant a bad reputation.

I was at the store on winton rd in Finnytown Ohio at from 10am to 11 am and my food was wrong I ordered a farmer breakfast with hash browns eggs with cheese and pancakes and got the other potatoe and no cheese on my eggs and my daughter didn't get cheese on her eggs either and when the manager came to table she tells me there's cheese in the eggs in 43 years old I know when eggs have cheese and it took til 1040 to get the wrong food and the manager was very rude and basically told me that there was cheez in those eggs and there wasn't and because of that experience I don't plan on going back I work hard for my money and that 20.99 takes a lot of work to get to waste it on a bad purchase

I bought some Bob Evans Ribs from my local grocery store for the Labor Day celebration. It ruined my whole cook out. They were the worst and toughest ribs I had ever tried to eat. I was so embarrassed. That cow had to have been 100 years old. I've been grilling ribs for over 30 years and have even won ribbons and prizes for my ribs but, I could have eaten shoe leather and it would have more tender. NEVER again will I ever buy a Bob Evans product or visit their diner again.

Wow....what a rip off. My office placed a huge order at the New Martinsville restaurant on 06/22/2016. I had a salad (Cranberry pecan chicken salad) first of all; there were NO pecans (not one) in the salad. The lettuce was at least a day or two old. It was not cold, it was not crisp and it tasted "odd". Over $10 for a salad!!! IF it was half way decent, that is still an outrage. It was nasty...thank goodness I had a dinner roll with my lunch or I would have really been hungry for supper. NEVER again!!!

We went to your restaurant especially to have the Chicken Alfredo which we had previously and were very disappointed that it was not on your new menu. Why were the pastas discontinued? Now when we want a pasta the best place to go is Olive Garden.

My family and I had the pleasure of eating lunch after church on 3/17/13 and were so pleased with the friendly & professional waiter we had at 23100 Allen Rd., Woodhaven, MI. In my 70 years, working in Sales, dining w/customers, I've never had a more friendly waiter. My 3 granddaughters were so impressed, they all said they had never seen such a friendly waiter. The gentleman's name is Andre W. I said Corp. shd. come to this facility to see for themselves who this gentleman is. He would be one heck of a Manager in training for great waiters & waitresses. (My granddaughters 13, 11, 9 also told me I should make sure I tip him well, which I did) haha!! The phone number is (734) 671-5488. He deserves to be commended by Corporate office!! God bless you all, and may you be blessed with more waiters such as Andre!!

I said are you arguing with me she said no i said yes you are she left are table and went to get a menu she opened the menu and said to me now this is what you said you wanted i said yes the pot roast sandwich she kept saying no that is not what you said my sister proceed to tell her that was what i ask for.I am writing this to say i have never experienced anything like this before i will never recommend any one going to a Bob Evans again when I felt i was being treated as a child! I am a 59 year old women and this was uncalled for the treatment that my sister and i recieved on 4-30-16 at the Bob Evans in medina on route 42.

I went to Bob Evans fort the first time and experienced worst customer service. We were not offered and drinks and the waitress just kept passing us by. We didn't not receive any service and after nearly 15 minutes we left...worst place ever...not recommending this place to anyone and never going to Bob Evans again.

BOB EVANS WAS WONDERFUL UNTIL THE LAST YEAR...EVERYWHERE I GO, THEY ARE SLOW EXPEDITING FOOD, SOME TIMES ITS COLD....I HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO TALK TO STAFF AT SEVERAL FLORIDA RESTAURANTS....THEY ARE ANGRY...BOB EVANS HAS CUT HOURS...(OBAMA CARE), ...HAS ELEIMINATED BENEFITS...HOW CAN YOU KEEP A "HAPPY FAMILY"...WHEN YOU TREAT STAFF POORLY.....EVERY RETAURANT...ARE EXPERIENCING UNMOTIVATED AND ANGRY STAFF MEMBERS...ONE LADY WHO WORKED FULL TIME FOR YEARS....THEY CUT HER HOURS TO PART TIME AND SHE CRIES EVERYDAY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT HOW SHE IS GOING TO PAY BILLS

BOB EVANS.....YOU ARE A FAMILY RESTAURANT...AND.....UNTIL YOU REVERSE WHAT YOU HAVE RECENTLY DONE, AND START CONSIDERING THE FEELING OF YOUR STAFF...YOUR BUSINESS WILL MOST LIKELY DECLINE...I BELIEVE THE RECENTLY DECEASED MR. EVEANS WOULD NEVER ALLOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TODAY IN HIS RESTAURANTS

GIVE BACK YOUR EMPLOYEES THE RESPECT THEY DESERVE

We stopped at the Branson Mo. location. There must have been 20 tables available. We were told there would be a wait so we waited. We never got seated or were able to eat. There was no one at the cash register either. My goodness someone could have walked out with half the store. This is the second time we have had trouble at this location, very unfriendly people too
