First, I inadvertently ordered on-line from the wrong store (outside the range for delivery to my area), but they didn't call me until 45 minutes later to tell me they won't deliver to me. So, I got back on-line and phoned the correct location, actually spoke to a person, placed my order and was told it would be a hour and a half for delivery so I decided to pick it up. When I got there, they didn't have my order, the employees were horsing around, loud, and rude when the guy at the counter offered to make it himself but that it would be 30 minutes before it was ready. Unacceptable! I will never go to Pizza Hut again and will not recommend them either.

I ordered my pizza and I had a delivery time from my order placed at 5:56pm on 3/16/15 for delivery at 6:26pm 3/16/15 my order did not arrive till 7:15pm my food was cold and the Pepsi I ordered was flat. This is very poor service and I am not a happy customer. My order totaled $47.75 and I don't think that it was worth it. I will tell all my friends not to order from this location.

I have been to the Pizza Hut Wing Street on Washington Avenue in Cleveland Texas on three different occasions over the last 2 years. The first time our order was incorrect. The service was super lousy and the staff were the most disinterested, poorly trained, and rude group of employees I have ever witnessed. Being an optimist, I returned a second time only to find there was no improvement, our order was completely incorrect with dishes we never ordered in the first place...we walked out while the waitress, who had no clue to what she was trying to do, returned to the kitchen only to return with another dish that was also not the dish that we ordered. We walked out the second time. I must truly be an optimist because I once again returned one year later (today) only to find your establishment had only worsened. We waited to be seated as the sign instructed, and a staff member walked by and told us to sit anywhere we chose. There were only two other customers in the dining room, there were 6 tables that had dirty dishes still on the tables, and a bucket in the middle of the floor catching dripping water from the ceiling. The whole place had a sewer odor, like the bathroom smell was infiltrating the dining area. When I could not find a clean, suitable table at which we could sit, I started out and a staff member looked at us questionably and I stated that I could not eat in a place that had no clean table and food sitting on the tables with the appearance of food establishment
neglected by the whole staff that worked there. Needless to say I would never recommend nor return to this place ever again and will encourage everyone I know either in person or on facebook to never go there, even thru the drive thru, because with a smell that bad inside, it must be being passed out the window with the orders to go as well...Someone at your corporate offices need to check your books and see if this place is making enough money to even bother to stay open. If this is what you allow to represent your organization, shame on you!. I would expect more from a company that advertises good food in a clean family environment. I have eat at several other of your sites, the one in Livingston Texas allows employees with pants with waistline below the butt showing their underwear, and kept pulling them up and trying to serve food to be consumed by people, thank goodness he was not waiting on us. The waitress we had, did a good job and her appearance, even with her piercings and strange hair color, at least looked clean and was attentive and make efforts to see that we had what we needed and the order was correct. This establishment was not a wing street, just pizza hut. Back to the Cleveland, Texas store, my suggestion is clean up your act or closed it down before someone gets bad sick and sues you.

I think the CEO should go under cover and visit the Pizza Hut in Webb city mo those works turned it from a very bad place to where no one really liked it to a very nice clean place and I know the works are under payed Pizza Hut charges a delivery fee and people don't want to tip because of that so the drivers work for tips and I don't think people that are making salary don't understand how bad there front line workers are doing like the corporate holiday parts and bonus they get the front line workers don't get that they have to work 2 0r 3 jobs just to pay there bills and if you go to the area manager or district manager you have to worry about being fired and the front line workers are the ones that are the face of the company so as the CEO you should look in to the people and there families and really try to understand how bad they are doing and do more to help ur workers I'm glad you have people that put there heart in to this store to make it a better place and they work as a family even if they are fighting trying to take care of there families and I think after a few days of waiting after this post I will contact the news and bring it to mean street to help you look into it but the I know you should talk to all 5 manager at this store and see what u can do to help them do better

I ordered the pizza that is on sale and the sale goes like everything on it when I said I did not want 2 items onions and jalopenas. when I picked up the pizza specials that was 2 mediums for 6.99 apiece the ad did not mention the there was a limit of just ten items I said I asked for with everything on it including pineapple which there was none and he said that the ad stats just 10 items well after taking it home I could only count just 5 items on each pizza It is not big thing but just the idea that this guy is saying what the ad says and it very clearly said not a word about just 10 items. this is very poor thing to be doing and makes your company look very cheap also as I told my employees when I owned my store that the customer is always right no matter what shut up and make a note. I will make it up in my taxes. my store had very little stealing going on and I made sure that quality was # 1 today I am retired and I am living off of the sale of my company and I just got back from Europe and I am going to china in the next two weeks. what is your policy? I say everything on the pizza means exactly that and your ad does have the limit of just 10 items.

However, I have been trying to settle a complaint with my local Pizza Hut since Oct 9th.(store #027173) At 6:28 PM I called and ordered a med pan supreme pizza for delivery. I was charged $18.94 for this pizza. When it was delivered, it was a Lrg stuffed crust w cheese and pepperoni only. I called the store and told them of the mistake. At 7:11 PM, they took a new order for the pizza that I originally ordered. I was told that the $18.94 would be credited to my debit card, that it would take 3-5 business days. I still have not received this credit. I have called the store many times about this. Each time I was told that the manager would call me back. I have not heard from anyone. I have ordered from Pizza Hut for 22 years and have never had a problem. I would like to continue ordering from Pizza Hut, but if this is how customer service takes care of a complaint, I will go elsewhere for my pizza. My phone # is 713 984-0393, if you care to discuss this matter. Thank you for 22 yrs of great pizzas. I hope it doesn't come to an end.

I just had a problem with pizza hut, they deliverd the wrong pizza I called half hour later the deliverd mine cold called again the very rude manager in yucca valley ca said all he could do was give me store credit for half of the pizza, why whould I want store credit I will never eat there pizza again. this is a small town word gets around fast.

Ozark Missouri, it took over an hour and I'm a 1/2 mile away, I ordered on line, I have been in the store also and I have had to go ask for silverware and the manager will walk by and not even ask if I need something, they can't keep up with clean plates, it's always cold and uncomfortable to eat inthere, drinks don't get refilled, and my pizza that was deli was cold, I have worked in the retail business for 35 years, I know how customer service should be, and how it has changed and how you should adapt to change, I will from now on order from caseys or papa murphys, God father's or domino's. .

Pizza was just okay, but I think the advertising is way off base. You advertisement says, "Pizza your way, any size, any crust, any topping, $10.00". I ordered a medium with pepperoni, ground beef, and extra cheese. My charge - $11.00! I asked the person on the phone why $11.00.
I was told any time there is extra cheese there is an additional charge.
When I went to pick up my order, I told the manager that I thought your ad was misleading if not false advertising. She said, "If you read the small print (very small) at the bottom of the ad you will see where it says 'extra charge for extra cheese".
On the flyer pasted to my pizza box, I saw the disclaimer. It was printed in very small red type. It was almost impossible to read! I paid my $11.00, and told the manager we would not be back.
This was at your store on Nilles Rd. in Fairfield, OH. I picked up my pizza at 4:05 pm today, March 1. At the time I got my order, the store was completely empty! In addition, there were no other orders waiting to be picked up. Somehow I was not surprised.

Came to your Kingston ny store it took 10 minutes to be helped. We were then told Buffett over at 1:30 but it wasn't 1:30 yet . We had 2 people look at us and nobody helped us. Just not friendly staff .

Worst costumer services ever I was told ,I had to go to my vehicle and search for another shirt I can't not believe the management at Pizza Hut,do to what I was wearing a bra but i was really wearing a crop top and a high wasted pants .I am a 23 week pregnant women,I felt very discriminate,uncomfortable.Management was very unprofessional and rude.I will not eat at Pizza Hut again.

Ive orderd 5 times and 5 times got my order wrong at the Desoto store on Hampton you ask for extra sauce and cheese they give you a regular pizza onr time they took my money got the order wrong and did not come back said the store was closed poor service i must say.
