I learned from research conducted by Milwaukee Women, inc that roundys is what they call a zero zero company. This means they have zero women directors and zero women executives. This is downright disappointing and disheartening. I spend about $10000 a year there, or used to. I tried contacting via Facebook twice and went to my neighborhood store twice to talk with an employee and then a manger, asking that they pass my contact info up the chain. I haven't heard anything back. I have 3 friends who have also stopped shopping there since I learned this fact. They should be ashamed, especially considering the purchasing power of women when it comes to family groceries! I posted Milwaukee Women's Inc research at my job and will continue to raise awareness. Miss my neighborhood store and the employees I care about, I've been shopping there for 10 years. Go to Woodmans and ElRey now.

My wife and I shopped at theCopps Grocery store in Wautoma, WI. 54982 today! All of the products we purchased were great selection! The store was fine! The fiasco began as we went to check out. The lady aat the heck out line as less than friendly! People have bad days, so I let that go. A she is ringing up our purchases I asked if she could bag our groceries in paper bags! She immediately began putting the groceries in plastic bag! I asked her again for paper bags! She continued to bag in plastic bags! At this point I said...excuse me but I asked you to put our purchases in paper bags! To this she huffed and said as she filled yet another plastic bag...then they'll have to bag them I have all of this to do! Then a gentleman cam over to bag! He put the plastic bags in our cart as I reminded him of my earlier request he seemed disgruntled as well! Now, I'm pretty easy to get along with and maybe on another day she would have as well. But I really don't care! Today I was her customer and I'm sorry for her problems but they are not mine! To top it off yhe fellow bagging put cans on top of ourbread and buns! Some of which ere damaged when we returned home and unloaded we discovered!!
No there is a Piggly Wiggly right across the street that as my wife put it has excellent customer service at! Well be going there from now on!

The Mariano's in Harwood Heights, IL used to be my favorite place to shop. I was in there at least once per week. There has been a steady decline in the quality of the personnel employed there and a significant decline in the cleanliness of the ladies' room. I have been in the store at 8 a.m. and that ladies' room is FILTHY. That didn't happen over night. In the past 4 weeks, I have brought the lack of cleanliness to the attention of the customer service desk 4 times - once each week. Nothing changes. I see that Owen has been relocated to the Park Ridge, IL store, and it shows. Nothing like this occurred under his watch. This used to be a good store; I would love to see some improvements per the indications above.

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT YOU ALL VIA EMAIL FOR HOURS AND PHONE. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I MADE A CAN OF YOUR CLAM CHOWDER AS DIRECTED AND IT BLEW UP IN MY FACE AND BLISTERED THE HELL OUT OF MY FACE. THIS WAS LAST WEEK AND I JUST TOOK PICTURES OF MY STILL BURNED FACE.
HAD IT HIT ME IN THE EYE I WOULD HAVE BEEN BLINDED. I AM TIRED OF TRYING TO GET PAST YOUR PASS WORD SCHEME SO I WILL GO TO THE BBB, MY WIFE HAVE 1000s OF CONNECTIONS AS SHE IS A SPECIAL EDUCATION SCHOOL TEACHER AND HAS A LOT OF CONNECTIONS.
YOUR FAILURE TO MAKE YOUR COMPLAINT SITE EASIRE TO NAVIGATE MAKES COMPLAINTS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE.

The store on Greenfield Ave. and Moorland that I choose to go to seems to have inadequate levels of personel in just about every department.Perhaps it's the same at other locations. A person watching can tell the employee is plenty busy trying to get the product out but as a result they seem "distracted" at times from seeing the customer who needs to be acknowledged. Do not get me wrong: once the customer is noticed they are cheerfully greeted and serviced. Nowadays everyone is in such a hurry they see one person behind the counter and ask "why" when they are standing waiting with 5 other customers.

I'm writing as I was going to do the feedback survey but I'm denied access as it says I am either an employee or have a relative that is. I am not nor do I have a relative employed with you. Have no idea where you get your information from. Am very disappointed. Mary Roelke

I am writing this review because I have tried everything to open your flavored sparkling water. The seal will not brake so you can open it. I would have rated the product 5 for the few that I was able to open but it is like rolling a dice on which ones will open. While I like the product I don't like not knowing if I will be able to open it or not. My husband also tried opening and finally used a small pipe wrench.
