Worst customer service of ANY product I have ever purchased. I was mislead on plans and fess, no one ever can answer a straight answer, no one returns calls and emails, no one follows up. Highly disappointed and counting down the days my service plan will be over. It's a shame since the cell service itself is totally fine. I'm just paying way too much and more than I was quoted!!

Poor tower coverage. I live in a town of 55k and I have no service. I drive over the Tobin Bridge into Boston. NO SERVICE. I've been waiting two weeks for a replacement Galaxy 4 to replace the replacement I just waited two weeks to get that didn't work. Factory Refurb? Someone elses headache is what you should call them. SHAME ON SPRINT...Oh yeah I can buy a new phone as long as I sign another two year contract. Your two year contracts only last one year because you never have phones that last more than one year and you won't, that's right WON'T supply a working replacement phone. What a racket.

Now after 40 years with Sprint , I can now relate to the poor service comments..I simply wanted to upgrasde my daughters phone and review phone options..From 7:06 pm (2/14/17) to 10:45 pm, I was transferred to 4 reps. finally agreed and said lets place order. She said let me transfer you to confirm changes...Went in to another list of calls ..Last straw, supervisor didn't have all details, gave me increased rates and even got current billing wrong...NOW I KNOW WHY OTHER REVIEWS are like they are..I will be happy to review my phone conversations and phone log to validate my position...

I was a sprint customer for many years. I recently switched to another provider. I paid my bills month and they were never late. After my two year contact was over, I agree to stay with Sprint as long as I was not in a contact and went month to month. To my surprise they state I was in a contact and tried to bill me for 415.26. I told them Good Luck trying to get it from me. I have no problem paying for a service I use. I switched to another provider on 7/18/2016 and they tried to send me a bill from 7/20/2016 to August 19th. I frequently go between providers after my contact is up. REST assured, Sprint will never be an option again, due to poor business practices.

I have a broken Sprint/Samsung S5. They keep sending me "refurbished " phones which are also broken. I have been trying to fuind the phone number of Sprite Headquarters for 2 dys. None of the stores know the number

I HAVE BEEN CALLING SPRINT FOR 2 /12 WEEKS S ONE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN PAYING THEIR SPRINT BILL FROM MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, over $3900.
I am NOT a Sprint customer, thank god, but not one person has helped me. Every time I call I need to go through customer service and explain the situation ALL over again, they ALL give me different info.
I did call my local police to press charges against sprint customer who is using my account BUT Sprint will not give them any info either, local police have to file a subpoena and even then sprint says they may not be able to do anything or give info.
AGAIN over $3900 to pay their bills out of my checking account to pay for Sprint Wireless
Next step I believe is to file charges against Sprint

Today 3/24 2015 Sprint rep Brian provided excellent customer service that was not provided by the Sprint store rep Heather. Brian also gave me correct information about our account that the overseas reps did not know about. My suggestion is that Sprint reevaluate the overseas customer service operation. No matter how cost effective this is, unless correct information can be communicated, this is detrimental to the entire company. In the future I will call 913-624-6000 for customer service! Thank you Brian!
