T.G.I Friday's is the popular food chain restaurant in America that actually specializes in casual dining. The company works as the unit of another popular restaurant chain that is Carlson Companies. The name of this company has been derived from the popular expression TGIF. Company authority says that the name signifies that 'thank God it is Friday' and 'time to eat, drink and go merry'. The restaurant chain is popular for its image that includes brass railings, red colored canopies, the popular Tiffany lamps and for other uses of antiques. Alan Stillman founded this organization in the year 1965. Headquarters of the company is in Carrolton in Texas, US.

im not writing about the restaurants I'm writing about your blender drink mixes don't know you stopped making the but me and family loved the every summer we would have the pina colada mudslide orange creamsiscle so if you bring them back that would be great can't find them any where in nj

New mommy with a one month old baby. It was my daughters graduation/birthday we were with a group of her friends. Just to say the least Fridays need to make an area a little more friendly to new mommys. They made me feel like it was such like cancer to have a baby in a carrier. We moved because they say it was a fire hazard to have him in his carrier but then they moved me right in front of the fire exit. Okkkkkk. Sadly I decided to come sit in my car with my little bundle of joy why my daughter and the rest of the group could try and not feel like they were 'in the way' . I'm a former worker of Lexus ... A ;) can go a loooooong way. It generates business!!!

My friend and I went to Friday's located off Rose Ave in Oxnard, Ca 93010 today at 1:50 p.m. for lunch. there was no greeter at the door so after a while we seated ourselves at a table in the bar area. There was one server, a dark haired woman who was visiting with a couple in the last booth by the back wall. It was very obvious she was enjoying the conversation. So we waited, waited, waited, and waited for her to at the very least acknowledge us. After waiting too long for her to look at us, we got up and went to the door to leave. Encountered a young male coming out of the kitchen and serving a booth, we asked about the waitress and he said she was the only server on duty. Advised him of dissatisfaction and went next door to Chili's. Low and behold there was a sweet girl to welcome us and seat us and the server in the bard area was superb. The pasta was delicious. So very disappointed regarding Friday's.

Good morning,
Not such a good morning for me. I placed a takeout order last night. I usually always have a great experience when I frequent this restaurant which is why I keep coming back. However last night was not good , Not even in the least bit. The service was great as always, but when I got home boy was I disappointed. I ordered the 12 oz Flavor sirloin medium well, Blackened Fish with shrimp & the New York cheeseburger. When I got home and opened the containers everything looked so presentable like a picture from a magazine. I ate a piece of the steak and noticed immediately something wasn’t right while I was chewing it. I looked down & it was raw. So I cut into the middle and it was bloody raw. At the same time my husband was chewing his fish and he spit it out he said that it was very tart. Like it had went bad. My son came upstairs & told me that his burger was rare and he tried to microwave it to let the inside cook, but then it was overcooked. All of the money we had spent went down the drain & the food into the garbage disposal. I had to wind up cooking dinner. I tried to call the restaurant a few times but couldn’t get through to a manager which is why I am writing now. Not just that, as I am sitting at work my stomach is completely upside down & has been unsettled since eating that steak last night. I hadn’t eaten anything yesterday aside for the food from here which is why I opted for take out oppose to cooking. What the heck? This is not good at all. Please help.

I Love going to Fridays every week me and my girls meet up for happy hour and enjoy their wings and drinks. Yesterday I decided to get mozzarella sticks and I was not impressed. I was looking for the old one with the cheesy cheese in the middle perfectly crispy on the outside. Fridays to me, gave the best mozzarella sticks but yesterday I hated it BRING THE OLD ONES BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The taste of the new sticks were horrible and its not even mozzarella cheese.

Chris Long. Ask for him when you go in. He is fun, attentive, knowledgeable and makes the dining experience pleasurable. From the young man that greeted me on arrival until our departures...service was great. Glad I went today.

Store number 0091(Marlton/Evesham). As A hospitality educator & attorney. Why does a pregnant bartender that is 8 months pregnant have to work behind the bar with no safety/fatigue mats. The floor is constantly wet with broken glass. Management when asked about the safety of staff tell me its not my job to be concerned about bartenders or staffs safety.The bartenders say they had them but got moldy and were thrown out over 2 years ago & have never been replaced. It is a law to provide a safe work environment for staff. Yet in this store management does not care. No wonder management turnover rate is high in this store. I sure would not want to be sued for negligence of the lose of a baby due to a fall of a pregnant bartender behind the bar or anyone due to an unsafe work environment. Plus bartenders/staff explain that they are not supplied or advised about slip resistant work safety shoes with vibram soles. American training and education off staff & mangers is deplorable. Its all about the money. Service sucks/ food sucks. Hell GM,s, Kitchen Managers don't even know what temp water boils or freezes. Waitpersons or management also don't even know what T.I.P. or T.I.P.S. stands for. But yet; they expect it or think they are entitled."PATHETIC"(To Inshore Promptness) or (To Inshore Proper Service)

This was my first visit to a TGI Fridays and I'm never going back to the one on S. Cooper in Arlington, Texas! The waiter was overwhelmed and forgot our drinks. The hostess was on the phone and we waited at least five minutes to be seated when the restaurant was nearly empty. It was a Monday evening, approximately 10 PM. The table had to be cleaned off when there were empty tables nearby. It remained sticky, as well as were the menus that finally arrived. The ontap beer tasted sour. My daughter took it to the bartender who replaced it with a bottle, stating the keg was "new." Our order was incorrect and the waiter appeared flustered. People left without ordering. The manager fielded a very angry customer's response to bad service. There is an Applebee's right across the street. My daughter said the TGI in north Arlington is better; it's in the entertainment district and has many visiting customers. Of course! There were a number of servers with nothing to do and the poor "new guy" was running all over. The manager is not doing his job here!!!

Had dinner with family at the Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, NY Friday's last night. Once again, it was the worst experience of our lives. This time, they actually had the audacity to rip us off openly. When we first arrived, there was only a single group of three waiting for a table. This even though my wife and I counted over 12 empty tables and booths. After waiting about 25 minutes, the waiting area filled up. We noticed that several groups that had arrived after us were being seated. After almost 20 more minutes of this, my wife complained and she received an apology and we were IMMEDIATLY seated. Once at the table, we waited another 15 minutes for a waiter to come and give us our menus and take drink order. We decided to order our apps at that time. The waiter convinced us to take the unlimited apps. BIG MISTAKE. We were charged $10 per head and because of the garbage service received only 1 refill on our apps. And to top it off, the refills were served in a soup dish without dips. My wife and daughter both ordered frozen drinks. When they finally brought them out (almost 20 minutes later) they were plain drinks with ice cubes in them. My wife demanded to know why she ordered a frozen drink and did not receive one, the waiter, with a straight face, lied and said "we are out of chopped ice! I was already pissed about the apps and long wait for drinks and I told him "the drinks are made in the blender with ice! I even told him that I had counted less then 12 people sitting at the bar and bar tables, so there was no excuse for not making the frozen drinks. He had the balls to reply "oh well". My wife demanded a different drink which showed up as the main course were brought out. That in itself was a joke. They only brought out three plates. When I asked where my wife's plate and drink was, the person that brought the plates out shrugged her shoulders and said she would look into it. When my wife's plate and drink finally came out, and all of the other plates were cold from waiting for hers, she asked where the salad was that she had ordered with her dinner. Again, another shoulder shrug but this time they didn't even bring the salad out. So, let's see, I spent $110 and received nothing for the money spent on apps, my wife received half her dinner, didn't receive the drinks we ordered. This Friday's is a friggen discrace! The people that work there don't give a shit. The people working up front seating people don't shit. In fact the guy that seated us was dressed like he had just come off the street with his baggy jeans, sneakers, torn t-shirt and unkempt hair and facial hair. My family lives here in Brooklyn and it is convenient to eat at this location. We used to eat here a lot but stopped coming here years ago because of how disgusting this restaurant had become. Now instead of eating at Friday's 4,5,6 times a year, we only eat at Friday's when we are on the road which is not many times. This Sheepshead restaurant even won't comply with the Rewards program. On several occasions I have asked them to use my rewards towards a meal and they have refused to accept them off my iPhone. Every time I have told them I was a rewards member and asked for a basket of chips and salsa I have been rebuffed by them. Counting last night, I now have almost 1700 points. I am dumping the Friday's app and will no longer patronize Friday's again.

I know if you give a best 5 star rating there is no room for improvement. I often go to the Riverhead n.y. Tgif. I would like you to know that the staff I have met are all excellent . I am sorry that you are doing away with the endless lunch. I hope you will reconsider. From the minute the front door is opened and we are greeted ,there is a feeling of being a old friend. I only go for lunch but I am sure that the feeling is the same throughout the day. Next door is a Joe s crab shack and Applebee's is just down the road. I must tell I have never been to the crab shack and it has been several years since I went to Applebee's. Please continue the good work. I have joked that TGIF is like a neighborhood bar ...where everyone knows your name. Thank you, ruthann schiavone

I would like to know why the endless appetizers are priced at $10-12 anywhere else and I go to the Niagara Falls(US) location and we are charged $19.95!!! for the same special!!!???? If that isn't price gouging, I don't know what is! I am also calling corporate to file a complaint! not that they will care.

I was so disappointed in the meal I was served on say 13th July at around 7.45pm. As it was all fat and its was a trip with 15 others and my meal was the only one that was awfull it totally ruined the day for me we had just been to London to watch a show and it was a massive limo day that was not cheep to end the day with a bad meal. Then to be told it was going to be taken off the menu in oct was even more annoying that must of ment you had lots of complaints about the 160z sirloin steak to keep it on is wrong as its not cheep. Just last night my family and I visited the TGIFridays in Rochester NY in the Greeceridge mall to acknowledge the anniversary of my nephews passing. While eating another family member noticed what looked like a glob of mucus inside my daughters frozen drink. When we called the server over he was extremely rude and dismissed our concerns. I then asked for the manager whose unprofessionalism and disrespect was worst than the servers. An apology would have sufficed and all would have been well. Instead the manager threatened to have us escorted out by security and police. Shocked by his response I also called the police. I paide the $90.00 check and left. I have been visiting Fridays for over ten yrs I have never experienced such inadequate service. And until we receive the apology that's owed myself and the 1500 members of our church will boycott this establishment.

We visited the location in Paducah KY on Sept. 4th 2013. Our food was good except the sweet potato fries were heavily salted. I have never heard of serving salted sweet potatoes; they were not bad, but I would have preferred them not salted and my husband hates salt and was expecting to be safe in ordering the sweet potato fries. Naturally he didn't eat them. Also the waiter was unable to redeem my stripes and said I needed to get the code online to be able to redeem them. Trouble is, I have not been able to get into my account for months, even after changing the password twice. I am seriously thinking about never going to Friday's again. Is your stripes program a scam? Also I couldn't fill out the survey; it said the store number was invalid, though I put in the store no. on the check. I am just too frustrated; it isn't worth it.
