Received a safety recall notice which stated "Toyota has prepared sufficient parts for vehicles registered in your location" however when I called to schedule an appointment, was told that the parts were not in yet and was unsure when they would arrive so was put on the 'waiting' list. This occurred that last time I got a recall notice. Had to wait for the parts to come in. Don't write that sufficient parts have been prepared when in fact, if they were prepared, they have yet to be sent out to the dealers to rectify the reason for recall. Get you act together > Toyota

I purchased a new 2007 4runner SR5 in 2007. The vehicle has been a good choice for the most part. This past month I noticed a small drip coming from the front of the vehicle. I took the vehicle to our most trusted mechanic only to find out that I had a bad radiator. When the radiator was pulled, it covered with coolant, and was noticed that around the seal many area were not "crimped" which is where the leaks happen.
The vehicle is only 8 years old with only 79,,000 miles. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed that such a low mileage vehicle should need a radiator replacement. This is our second new purchased toyota. We are in the processing of looking for a new Tacoma, but our decision is not quite clear now. I would appreciate a response to this comment.

I bought a 2011 tayota camry from Deerfield Toyota they mislead me in buying the car I am a college student and I had to stop from school because they let the bank took my car now I am without a car.the finance guys in the office lied to me.they even call me at the time of purchase and told me if the bank call I'm to tell them I make $60, 000 they lied to me now I'm without a car with 2 babies.that's wrong.

Problem: Cracking dashboard Camry Solara. Several calls to the Customer Experience Center over several months have not permitted to know when the replacement parts will be available. We are told this problem affects over 4,000,000 vehicles. Nobody knows anything in that office. Have sent a fax to Mr.Jim Lentz on June 2, 2015: no answer! Mr. Lentz is CEO of Toyota N. America and President of Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing N. America. We are extremely disappointed with Toyota's behavior and poor customer's relations. I can only hope that this review is brought to the attention of responsive and knowledgeable management in N. America and in Japan. For contacts, my case # is 150 302 02 09.

I have a 2007 Toyota Camry. Recently, while on my way home from work, which is a 50 mile drive, my gauges started going crazy. My RPM gauge went haywire, going up and down, my speedometer did the same. My brake and ABS warning lights came on, my D for drive blinked off and on, and my temperature did the same. Not knowing what the heck was going on, I instantly pulled over on the side of the freeway and looked in my owners manual, which said to take car to dealer. I started my car again and everything was back to normal. Several minutes later, same thing happened. I continued to drive home, hoping I could just make it home. As I continued to drive, I also noticed that the AC completely shuts off when the gauges go crazy. Luckily, I had put my car on cruise control so I was able to know how fast I was going. The bad part was that it was over 100 degrees and I had no AC.

I did a search online for what happened to my car and found many similiar complaints and estimates for fixes to be over $2500 dollars. The ABS module alone costs about $2000. I think Toyota needs to recall these vehicles and replace the faulty ABS modules.

I purchased a Toyota Tundra 2014 brand new. I wrote many letters and still to this day , never got a reply back on the issue .
Why would you sell truck to female with and Visor Mirrors! I asked over and over again to have the Added was promise would be done and STILL today nothing has been Done. The dealership was Ernie Palmer Toyota in jacksoville , Fl / Please reply and let me know Toyota will Finally Treat there Customer correctly

I retired from TMS (USA) INC IN 1995 after 20 years of service. Back then a call was answered by a helpful human voice who would help, advise or redirect. I guess those days are over. I am deaf and thus have to wait for captions to come up on the screen of my phone - but you instructions are too fast for captions to appear in many places - thus I had to call three times to even get to ask for help - then - it was "leave a message and we will get back to you!" As I am deaf I had to ask for an email response - it will be interesting to see if I get one - ! How sad the world has become so impersonal. I would never have guessed that the Toyota Motor Sales (USA) Inc would treat anyone like a fellow robot.

I purchased a 2014 Toyota Corolla S from Stephen Wade in St George, Utah. It was actually a good experience all the way around. Good sales people and exceptional financial people. Good Morning and to who it may concern.
My name as stated is Gwendolyn I purchased my Toyota Camry on May 15, 1999 and as of today it has 491,700 plus miles with its original motor (engine). This auto as served me will. Down through the year I have travel to many citys and states especial when my children were young. Many have ask, when are you getting a new car. Well, I reply, when I can afford one.
