Words cannot describe how angry and disappointed I am with this airline. My wife is traveling back from Denver on flight 2014. It seems as though there is a four hour delay because of mechanical problems in San Francisco with the inbound flight. No one at the Denver international Airport notified the passengers in order to give them an opportunity to try to get on an earlier flight either with United or another airline. Due to the incompetence of the Denver crew my wife hopefully will be in by 2 AM unfortunately we have to be in Philadelphia tomorrow for a very important event which now will be delayed unfortunately at a substantial cost to my wife and I. Went to individuals and companies take accountability for their mistakes and do the best that they can to fix the situation. The San Francisco crew knew there was a delay and it would be four hours that was not communicated to the Denver crew because I found out online before my wife did. This is inexcusable. If I was the CEO I would be embarrassed that individuals in cities representing this airline are so non-caring towards their passengers. This was the last nonstop for the evening. It is truly inexcusable. My wife is made three trips to Denver and all free time she has taken Delta we've never had a problem. She needed to stay later and that is why we are on the United flight. I think United needs to rework their image or their commercials.

TODAY IS 12/31/2015, I AM STILL WAITING FOR UPDATE THAT BAGGAGE IS BEING SHIPPED FROM IAH SINCE 12/28/2015. UNABLE TO SPEAK TO A LIVE AGENT WITHOUT WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR.

WHEN I MANAGED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THEY INFORMED ME THEY KNEW WHERE LUGGAGE WAS AND HAD SENT REQUEST TO FORWARD IT FOUR TME BUT STILL DO NOT SEE AN UPDATE ONLINE OR PHONE RECORDING.

THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! HOPE ALL OF THE UNITED AIRLINE EXECUTIVES HAVE AS HAPPY A NEW YEAR AS I WILL WITHOUT THE CONTENTS OF MY LUGGAGE!!!

Our daughter is serving in the military and was injured in training.. We cancelled our flight to travel at a later day when she would graduate from training. She is preparing to graduate from training, I call United they inform me that of the tickets on hold they will be taking $400 before they can book our tickets. They also inform me that after proof that she was injured they would give it back, then the next customer rep said no that is not the rule it is only half of the $400 we will get back after we pay it all up front before we can go see her. Question to United? Does anyone know the policies? Can anyone get us to see our daughter? Thank you United I will not be able to go see my daughter.... Maybe in training one should be trained on the rules of it's company.

I have a question to ask you,I would like to know if you have any job opening's for cleaning the planes after they landed and get ready for their next run.I been going on and they don't show it and I know you do that to all your planes. Thank you for listening to my question :)

The bastards forced me into a flight that I did not want and that I did not ask for when there were still tickets available on the day and the time that I asked for in the first place. They did that in order to fill a plane that otherwise no one wanted and wouldn't have flown by making it appear that that was the only flight available to because the other planes were already suppose to be all booked up. Crooked SOB's. Then they told me it would be hundreds of dollars to change to the day I originally requested. Now I know how the Execs. make all that money. They cheat people.

Rude & in-efficient staff at fresno airport could not found or arrange any rational alternative for international flight commuting to Bangkok....caused a huge loss to me ! Honestly from that very day I decided not to fly United ever, a real poorly manager and worst airways company ! Not trustable at all.

Son & Daughter in law flew from EWR to St. Lucia on 7/23/16 on UAL1642-
one scanned & checked bagged was lost--today is 7/26--I finally got through to baggage after 4 30-minute waits--was told bag was on Delta flight 339 from Atlanta to St. Lucia--yet UAL baggage tracking still indicates bag is still lost--trying to get a human to answer is impossible-corporate offices? No human contact available--New CEO Oscar Munoz will have his hands full trying to turn this Airline around from what it used to be--only interested in $, never the passenger! When I look at the ratings of overseas carriers and experience their great service, can only wonder: What happened America?
